Warranty:
All TRAILBILT INC. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to the original buyer. The warranty is void if alterations or modifications have been made to a product. TRAILBILT INC. shall not be liable for the cost associated with removal and or installation, injury to persons or loss or damage to personal property, or any other incidental or consequential damages as a result of a defective product.

TRAILBILT INC. disclaims any liability for actions resulting from failure or accidents directly or
indirectly caused by or relating to our products or accessories.
Returns:

You may return products with proof of purchase to TRAILBILT INC. for a period of 60 days from date of invoice for a refund. If the product has been installed or shows other indications of damage, the total refund may be less than 100% at the discretion of TRAILBILT INC. Customer/Purchaser is responsible for all shipping, and handling fees.

Warranty returns:

TRAILBILT INC. is not responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by defective products. Warranty only valid to the original purchaser. Must provide proof of purchase.
